Cant enter backend control panel, front end listing

This was working for me before, but something must have changed and I am at a loss as to what it is. If I got to my front-end form I see the form properly. But if I go to the front end list of submitted forms i get a blank screen. If I go into the admin area and try to pull up the simplereview control panels I get the same blank screen. My site is at http://opensimcity.org and the forms are located in the "Reviews" tab on the menu bar.

Please help!

Which versions of PHP and Joomla are you using? Have you (or your host) recently updated anything?

Can you please temporarily turning on Joomla debug mode and setting the error level:

This problem has been resolved. Simple Review add-on for obSocialSubmit was causing this issue.

This is a third-party addon which I was previously unaware of, as such it is not supported.
