I have the latest version of Simple-Review.
1)I go to comment management.
2)I click in the tickbox, at the left of the comment title. I edit the comment and did something else I can't remember.
3)Then I went pack and tried to switch to a different page, at the bottom of the screen. I clicked both a page number or "Next". I was then always redirected to the edit comment again and specifically to the comment that I had ticked. When I removed the tick and then clicked in a page I was redirected to edit a non-existing (blank) comment.
The bug continued until I pressed Ctrl+F5.
