thanks for the quick reply.

i read the links seems couple months old and no updates. you quoted on the release of 2.0 that there will be a user add-on but as of 2.0.6 we are yet to see the user add-on.

can this user review add-on on the top of your to do list? please.

also the images part, sorry i was not that specific. i meant was when we post there is no place for us to add a document or image.

Sorry but it won't be going to the top of my list, there are some more important changes to do first.

Simple Review doesn't allow you to upload images. You can use the Joomla media library or FTP to do that.

Hey,

Firstly, I think the component is a great one, but I like everyone else, am waiting in anticipation for the front-end upgrade so users can submit a review. Reading the posts, you have a lot going on and it seems it could be some time before it is ready.

Without putting too much pressure on you, any idea of a time frame?  I would love to install it and launch asap but can't without user access and I am loathe to pay $100USD for JReview which I do not think is worth the cost.

Having said that ... if your upgrade is going to be a long way off, we might not have a choice.

At the moment this is a one-man project and my development computer has not yet arrived in the mail (my current laptop overheats after an hour), to be honest this feature is easily 2 months away.

I would also like to encourage you to develop the front end. I need it because I have some editors that should be able to add reviews without
going into the admin part.

So I hope you do it as soon as possible.
